Chief Jim Grady III

Chief Jim Grady III

is a 29 year member of the Frankfort Fire District located southwest of Chicago. He has been a speaker at a number of state conferences and for the IAFC- VCOS symposiums. Jim has delivered class on leadership, change and relationships specifically in Combination Departments. Jim is an instructor for the Illinois Fire Chiefs Assoc., Joliet JC, Moraine Valley CC and at Lewis University. Chief Grady is past-President of the Illinois Fire Chiefs Association.
